Privacy & your quote request

Information you share
When you request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, email address, full property address and selected lighting color, and your agreement to be contacted about your request.
How the information is used
Your information is used to review your project, confirm service availability, prepare a quote, and follow up about your request. Sending the form does not book an installation or require a purchase.
Address search and verification
When you type your property address, the address text is sent through our server to Google Maps Platform to find suggested addresses. When you select a suggestion, Google Address Validation checks and standardizes the address. Confirming the address tells us that it is the property you want us to light. Address verification helps us check the property details; it does not establish ownership or guarantee service availability.
The selected address is included in your quote request. Temporary search and verification records help keep the selected address tied to your form session and limit abuse. Google processes address-search and verification information under its Privacy Policy. Your use of these features is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service.
Storage and service providers
Quote requests are stored privately with the hosting provider. Submitted details and captured campaign information are emailed through Gmail to Shine Bright Lighting and its marketing agency, ATTN Company, so they can handle your request. These details are also sent to Shine Bright Lighting’s GoHighLevel/LeadConnector customer-management workflow for follow-up. Authorized operators can access these records. The site does not offer a public directory or public access to submitted requests. Information may be processed by service providers supporting the website and request handling. A saved-request confirmation confirms storage; it does not confirm email or text delivery.
Campaign information and site security
If you arrive through a tagged link, the site may save Google click identifiers and campaign labels supplied in that link with your request. Those labels are also stored in your browser’s session storage for this tab. The form uses temporary verification records and hashed network identifiers to help limit abuse. Google Fonts receives ordinary browser network information when loading the website’s typefaces.
Advertising measurement and call tracking
Google Ads measures advertising visits and newly saved quote requests and may use browser cookies for attribution. Our quote-request conversion event sends an opaque request reference, without your name, phone number, email, property address or notes. Permission to contact you about your request is separate from advertising consent. The site does not send enhanced conversion contact data.
CallRail may display a tracking phone number to visitors from Google Ads and measure the source of calls. Tracking numbers forward to Shine Bright’s team. This quote form is excluded from automatic CallRail form capture. Call recording is disabled. Browser settings or blockers may prevent advertising measurement or number swapping; the direct team number remains available.
